About TVRegal

We are a Canadian IPTV subscription service with a deliberately narrow focus: one household, one screen, a flawless picture. This page explains who we are, how we operate, and why we have built the service the way we have.

Why TVRegal exists

TVRegal was founded in Ottawa by people who had spent years frustrated by the same two options. On one side, traditional Canadian cable: dependable, but bundled, inflexible and expensive enough to make you wince at the annual bill. On the other, a long list of streaming providers promising the world and delivering a frozen picture halfway through the third period.

We believed there was room for a third answer. Take the enormous catalogue that IPTV genuinely makes possible, pair it with infrastructure that is properly provisioned rather than oversold, cap each subscription at a single device so the servers are never fighting themselves, and price it honestly in Canadian dollars. That is the entire proposition, and it has not changed since launch.

Today more than 9,200 Canadian households stream through TVRegal, from downtown Toronto condos to cottages in the Laurentians. You can see exactly what they receive on our channel lineup page.

What we stand for

Focus over sprawl

One player, one device, one region done properly. We would rather be excellent for Canadian households than mediocre for everyone, which is why we support IBO Player exclusively and cap concurrency at a single screen.

Honest, plain pricing

Every price is in Canadian dollars, published openly, with no setup fee, no silent auto-renewal and no card kept on file. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.

Infrastructure first

We would rather spend on server capacity than on advertising. Load-balanced edge nodes, anti-freeze buffering and a 99.9% uptime commitment are where the subscription money actually goes.

Support that answers

A real desk, staffed around the clock, replying in English and French. Most WhatsApp messages are answered within five minutes — not five business days.

What TVRegal delivers

The practical detail of what a subscription gets you, wherever you are in Canada — the full catalogue is itemised on the channels page.

Reliable streaming servers

High-capacity, load-balanced nodes across North America and Europe, engineered for maximum uptime and monitored continuously so faults are caught before subscribers notice them.

Secure payment handling

Encrypted checkout through a PCI-compliant processor. TVRegal never sees or stores your full card number, and we do not retain payment details after a transaction completes.

Broad device compatibility

IBO Player installs on Smart TVs, Fire TV Stick, Android boxes and phones, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows, macOS and MAG set-top boxes. Pick any one of them.

Flexible subscription terms

Five terms from a single introductory month to a full year, so you can match the commitment to your household rather than the other way round.

4K and HD picture quality

Native 4K and 8K where the source allows, with adaptive Full HD and HD fallbacks that degrade gracefully instead of freezing on a busy evening.

Round-the-clock assistance

Bilingual support on WhatsApp and email at every hour, including new-year's eve and playoff Saturdays.

Where we operate

TVRegal serves subscribers in every Canadian province and territory. Our largest subscriber clusters are in the Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Quebec City, Mississauga and Halifax — but a line works anywhere with a decent connection, including seasonal properties and while travelling abroad. Billing, support and administration all run from our Ottawa office.

The intro month exists precisely so you can judge the service rather than the sales copy. Read the FAQ first if you prefer.
